Mountain Ultrasound Imaging (MUI) owners, Jessica Hensley, and Carrie Trantham, opened MUI with the vision of providing patients and physicians with a facility specializing in ultrasound procedures and committed to bringing the latest in ultrasound education and advancement to the area. MUI began accepting physician referrals in June of 2007. Accredited by the American College of Radiology and under the medical direction of Dr. Nancy Keaton, MUI provides expertly performed and interpreted ultrasound studies in a caring, professional environment. Mountain Ultrasound Imaging is proud to be the first and only facility in Western North Carolina to perform advanced Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Imaging.
